In short
carouselgen runs an MCP server, so Claude and other AI assistants can make carousels for you. You write the brief in your chat, ask for changes there, and get the PDF back. Every carousel lands in your carouselgen account, where you can keep editing it by hand.
Who can use it
The MCP server comes with the Max plan. Calls from your assistant count against the same allowances as the site. Sign in on carouselgen.com once, with the email you will use in your assistant: the assistant signs in to that same account and cannot create one. See the plans.
Connect it
- Claude on the web and desktop: Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector. Name it carouselgen, paste https://www.carouselgen.com/mcp and press Add. Then press Connect and sign in with your carouselgen email.
- Claude Code: run claude mcp add --transport http carouselgen https://www.carouselgen.com/mcp, then type /mcp in Claude Code and choose carouselgen to sign in.
- Other assistants: any MCP client with remote servers over Streamable HTTP and OAuth sign-in can connect to the same address.
What the assistant can do

| Translate | Make copies in up to five languages at once. |
| Account | See how many carousels and edit rounds are left, turn the share link or the mark on or off. |
Limits
- Up to 120 tool calls an hour per account, so a looping assistant cannot use up your month.
- At most three carousels queued or being written at once.
- The facts, numbers and examples must come from your brief. The designer is told not to invent them.
A typical request: "Make a LinkedIn carousel about our new pricing, in our brand, eight slides, then give me the PDF." Claude creates the carousel, checks until it is ready and then asks for the PDF link.
Questions
Is the MCP server on the free plan?
No. It comes with Max. The site works on every plan, with no sign-in for the first carousel.
Does my assistant see my other data?
It sees only what the carouselgen tools return: your carousels, brands and usage in this account.
Why does the PDF link stop working?
A link is for one download and lasts five minutes, because links get pasted in chats. Ask the assistant for a new one.
