What carouselgen does

1. You type what the carousel is about and who it is for. You can also attach a PDF, a Word file or images.
2. The designer picks the colours, fonts, layout and words for the whole deck, and the slides appear one after another.
3. You click any element, such as a headline or a card, and write a comment. You can leave up to ten comments, then press Apply. Only the commented parts change.
4. You export a PDF for LinkedIn or images for Instagram.

What is free

You can start without an account. The free plan gives you one new carousel a week, one round of edits per carousel, and export as PDF or images with a small carouselgen.com mark on the slides. Paid plans remove the mark and add more carousels, more edit rounds and pictures.

• Does the export carry a watermark, and can you live with it?
• Can you export a PDF at all, or only a link to the tool's own page?
• Do you own the design, and can you change one slide without redoing the rest?

When a free generator is not the right tool
